目的：观察电针百会、神庭对卒中后轻度认知功能障碍的临床疗效，并探讨其相关机制。方法：选取2017年1月至2018年1月濮阳市人民医院收治的卒中后遗症伴轻度认知障碍患者120例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组60例，对照组予以西药和康复治疗，观察组在此基础上加以电针百会、神庭两穴治疗，分别在治疗4周后，观察2组的临床疗效及相关指标的变化。结果:治疗4周后，对照组治疗总有效率为80.00%，观察组治疗总有效率为91.67%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组简易精神状态检查量表（MMSE）、蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MOCA）、FIM评分均较治疗前提高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），且观察组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），同时其血清白细胞介素（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平均明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），观察组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：电针百会、神庭可以明显的改善卒中后轻度认知功能障碍患者的临床症状，且使用方便，疗效切确。

English Summary:

To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture at Baihui (GV20) and Shenting (GV24) in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment after stroke，and to explore the related mechanism. Methods:A total of 120 cases of apoplectic sequelae with mild cognitive impairment were randomly selected，which were admitted to the department of acupuncture and moxibustion of Puyang City People's Hospital from January 2017 to January 2018. The cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method. The control group was treated with western medicine and received rehabilitation treatment. The observation group was treated with electroacupuncture in Baihui (GV20) and Shenting (GV24). After 4 weeks of treatment，the clinical efficacy and related indexes of the 2 groups were observed. Results:After 4 weeks of treatment，the total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 80%，the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%. The scores of MMSE，MoCa and FIM in the 2 groups were improved (P<0.05)，and the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05)，while the serum IL-6 and TNF-α levels were significantly lower (P<0.05)，and the observation group was obviously better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Electroacupuncture of Baihui and Shenting can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with mild cognitive impairment after apoplexy，and can be easily applied，and the curative effect is accurate. It is worth popularizing.
