      目的:探讨麻杏石甘汤结合盐酸西替利嗪应用于慢性荨麻疹,对患者血流变学指标和抗氧化能力的影响。方法:选取2016年5月至2017年5月本溪市中心医院收治的慢性荨麻疹患者92例作为研究对象,按照用药方式不同分为对照组(n=44)和观察组(n=48),对照组单独采取西药盐酸西替利嗪治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,增加中药麻杏石甘汤治疗。比较2组治疗前和治疗4周后抗氧化指标、中医临床症状积分、血流变学指标变化情况,观察2组治疗4周内的不良反应。结果:观察组用药后全血黏度(CP)(1.59±0.15)mPa·s、红细胞沉降率(ESR)(32.54±2.02)mm/h、纤维蛋白原(Fg)(2.35±0.27)g/L、高切(HSV)(4.79±0.62)mPa·s、低切(LSV)(6.28±0.39)mPa·s、红细胞比容(Hct)(0.42±0.10)%显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组用药后超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)(172.54±23.15)U/mL、维生素E(VitE)(49.18±3.55)mg/gprot、金属硫蛋白(MT)(56.62±2.01)mg/g、过氧化氢酶(CAT)(342.13±17.62)U/g、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)(37.17±4.28)mg/mL显著高于对照组,丙二醛(MDA)(3.16±0.84)nmol/mL、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)(5.80±1.26)U/mL、活性氧(ROS)(759.12±14.74)U/mL显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组用药后中医临床症状积分(6.15±0.24)分,显著高于对照组(7.78±0.21)分(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率(4.16%)显著低于对照组(18.18%)(P<0.05)。结论:对于慢性荨麻疹,在西药盐酸西替利嗪单纯治疗基础上,加用中药麻杏石甘汤方可明显提高疗效,改善患者抗氧化、血流变学指标,药物安全性高。
English Summary:
      To investigate the effects of Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with cetirizine hydrochloride on the hemorheological indexes and antioxidant capacity for the patients with chronic urticaria. Methods:A total of 92 patients with chronic urticaria were selected from May 2016 to May 2017 in Benxi Central Hospital. According to the different methods,they were divided into the control group(n=44)and the observation group(n=48). The control group was treated with cetirizine hydrochloride alone. The observation group,based on the control group,was treated with Maxing Shigan Decoction. The antioxidative indexes,clinical symptoms and hemorheological indexes in the 2 groups were observed before and 4 weeks after the treatment. The adverse reactions were observed before and after 4 weeks of treatment. Results:1)In the observation group after medication,CP(1.59±0.15)mpa.s,ESR(32.54±2.02)mm/h,Fg(2.35±0.27)g/L,HSV(4.79±0.62)mpa.s,LSV(6.28±0.39)mpa.s,Hct(0.42±0.10)% were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). 2)In the observation group after medication,SOD(172.54±23.15)U/mL,VitE(49.18±3.55)mg/gprot,MT(56.62±2.01)mg/g,CAT(342.13±17.62)U/g,GSH-Px(37.17±4.28)mg/mL were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). MDA(3.16±0.84)nmol/mL,T-AOC(5.80±1.26)U/mL,ROS(759.12±14.74)U/mL were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). 3)The score of clinical symptoms in the observation group was(6.15±0.24),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(7.78±0.21)(P<0.05). 4)The adverse reaction rate in the observation group(4.16%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(18.18)(P<0.05). Conclusion:For chronic urticaria,on the basis of simple cetirizine hydrochloride,the Chinese herbal medicine Maxing Shigan Decoction can obviously improve the curative effects as well as the indexes of antioxidation,hemorheology with high safety.
