| 目的：探究醒脑开窍法对急性脑梗死（ACI）患者炎性反应递质、神经功能及超早期脑氧代谢的影响。方法：选取2017年1月至2018年1月洪湖市中医院收治的ACI患者100例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组采用常规治疗；观察组采用常规治疗+醒脑开窍针刺疗法。比较2组患者治疗后总有效率及治疗前后血清炎性反应递质C反应蛋白、白细胞介素（IL）-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、神经缺损功能（NIHSS评分）及动脉血氧（CaO2）含量、动静脉血氧含量差（D(a-jv)O2）、脑氧摄取率（ERO2）。结果:观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为90.00%和62.00%，2组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后2组患者的CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、CaO2、D(a-jv)O2、ERO2以及NIHSS评分均下降，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），且观察者组患者的CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、D(a-jv)O2、ERO2以及NIHSS评分值低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:醒脑开窍针刺法能减轻炎性反应、改善脑部血供和神经功能，对ACI患者有显著的临床疗效。 |

| To explore the effects of activating brain and regaining consciousness on inflammatory factors,neurological function and cerebral oxygen metabolism in patients with acute cerebral infarct (ACI).Methods:A total of 100 patients with ACI in Honghu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into an observation group (50 cases) and a control group (50 cases).The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was added with acupuncture method of activating brain and regaining consciousness on the basis of the conventional therapy.The total effective rates,inflammatory factors (CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α),neurological deficit function (NIHSS score) and cerebral oxygen metabolism indexes (CaO2,D(a-jv)O2 and ERO2) were compared between the 2 groups.Results:The total effective rates were 90.00% in the observation group and 62.00% in the control group,and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,CaO2,D(a-jv)O2,ERO2 and NIHSS score in the 2 groups decreased significantly after treatment (P<0.05).Moreover,the levels of CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,ERO2,D(a-jv)O2 and NIHSS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture method of activating brain and regaining consciousness can reduce the inflammatory reaction,improve the blood supply and neurological function.It has significant clinical effects on ACI patients and is worthy of promotion and application. |
