| 从中、西医角度探讨慢性唇炎的病因病机和治法。李元文教授认为慢性唇炎以脾胃湿热为主，兼有心脾积热，提出了“湿热化燥”病机思想；在治疗方面以“湿热化燥”为病机思想基础，兼顾“辨人、辨病、辨证、对症”的“三辨一症”的治疗思想，通过横向纵向交叉治疗，取得满意疗效，并附验案1则，以资佐证。 |

| To explore the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of chronic cheilitis from the perspective of Chinese and western medicine.Professor Li Yuanwen considers that the main pathogenesis of chronic lipitis is dampness-heat of spleen and stomach,combined with accumulated heat of heart and spleen,and puts forward the idea of “dampness-heat resolves dryness”.In terms of treatment,it takes “dampness-heat resolves dryness” as the thought basis of pathogenesis,and gives consideration to the treatment thought of “three differentiations and one symptom”.Through transverse and longitudinal cross treatment,satisfactory effect has been achieved.And here is a case to support it. |
