| 乳腺癌是目前影响人类生存和健康的重大疾病之一占女性癌症发病率第1位，死亡率第2位。早期乳腺癌术后化疗是提高患者生存率的主要手段，但是它带来的不良反应仍让患者望而却步，其中恶心呕吐为最常见的不良反应。通过搜索中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed数据库公开发表的近10年中医治疗乳腺癌术后化疗引起恶心呕吐的临床研究文献，将从中医辨证论治、针灸疗法、中医特色疗法、非药物疗法等方面进行简单归纳总结。 |

| Breast cancer is one of the most important diseases affecting human survival and health，whose incidence comes first and mortality comes second in female cancer.Postoperative chemotherapy for early breast cancer is the main method to improve the survival rate of patients.However，the side effects of chemotherapy can be daunting，in which nausea and vomiting are the most common side effects.Through searching the CNKI，Wanfang，Vip and PubMed databases for clinical research literature published in the last decade about traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment for nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy after the operation of breast cancer，this paper gives a brief summary from aspects such as TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment，acupuncture and moxibustion therapy，characteristic therapy of TCM，and non-drug treatment. |
