Breast cancer is one of the most important diseases affecting human survival and health，whose incidence comes first and mortality comes second in female cancer.Postoperative chemotherapy for early breast cancer is the main method to improve the survival rate of patients.However，the side effects of chemotherapy can be daunting，in which nausea and vomiting are the most common side effects.Through searching the CNKI，Wanfang，Vip and PubMed databases for clinical research literature published in the last decade about traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment for nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy after the operation of breast cancer，this paper gives a brief summary from aspects such as TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment，acupuncture and moxibustion therapy，characteristic therapy of TCM，and non-drug treatment.
