| 目的：探讨固本通络祛风方辅助治疗脾肾两虚型慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效及对肾纤维化程度、全身炎性反应的影响。方法：选取2015年10月至2018年7月广州中医药大学祈福医院收治的脾肾两虚型慢性肾小球肾炎患者108例作为研究对象，按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组，每组54例。对照组患者接受临床慢性肾小球肾炎常规西医治疗，观察组患者在常规西医治疗同时加入固本通络祛风方辅助治疗，持续治疗2个月后评估疗效。比较2组患者的总体疗效、中医证候积分、血清肾纤维化指标［胱抑素C（CysC）、转化生长因子β1（TGF-β1）、纤维连接蛋白（FN）］及炎性反应递质［超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）］水平差异。结果：治疗后，观察组患者的治疗有效率高于对照组患者；倦怠乏力、腰膝酸痛、水肿纳呆、大便不成形、尿频数、口淡不欲等中医证候积分值低于对照组患者；血清中CysC、TGF-β1的水平低于对照组患者，FN的水平高于对照组患者；血清中hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α的水平低于对照组患者（P<005）。2组药物不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义（P>005）。结论：固本通络祛风方加入脾肾两虚型慢性肾小球肾炎患者的治疗，在提升疗效、缓解中医证候、抑制肾纤维化及全身炎性反应程度方面均具有优势。 |

| To explore the efficacy of Guben Tongluo Qufeng Formula on chronic glomerulonephritis of spleen and kidney deficiency type and its effects on the degree of renal fibrosis and systemic inflammation.Methods:A total of 108 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis with spleen and kidney deficiency were treated in our hospital during October 2015 to July 2018.They were divided into control group and observation group，with 54 cases in each group according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine for chronic glomerulonephritis，while those in the observation group were treated with Guben Tongluo Qufeng Formula as an adjuvant therapy.The efficacy was evaluated after 2 months of the continuous treatment.The overall efficacy，traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score，serum renal fibrosis indicators ［cystatin C(CysC)，transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)，fibronectin(FN)］ and inflammatory factors ［hs-CRP，interleukin-6(IL-6)，tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)］ were compared between the 2 groups.Result：After the treatment，the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group; the scores of TCM syndromes such as fatigue，waist and knee pain，edema and poor appetite，loose stool，frequent urine and bland taste in the mouth without desire were lower than those in the control group; the levels of CysC and TGF-β1 in serum were lower than those in the control group，and the level of FN was higher than that in the control group; the levels of hs-CRP，IL-6 and TNF-α in serum were lower than those in the control group(P<005).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the 2 groups(P>005).Conclusion:Guben Tongluo Qufeng Decoction has advantages in improving curative effect，alleviating TCM syndromes，as well as inhibiting renal fibrosis and systemic inflammatory reaction in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis with deficiency of spleen and kidney. |
