| 目的：对肾阳虚型2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症的患者服用加味右归丸进行治疗，观察其临床疗效并分析其对患者糖代谢、骨代谢指标的影响，以期对其诊治提供相关依据。方法：选取2014年6月至2017年7月成都市第六人民医院收治的肾阳虚型2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者120例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组60例。对2组患者的糖尿病均采用常规治疗，对照组使用阿法骨化醇软胶囊治疗骨质增生，观察组在对照组用药基础上加用加味右归丸治疗，观察2组患者的临床疗效，并对其治疗前后的空腹血糖（FPG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、血清葡萄糖转运蛋白4（GLUT4）、骨密度、血清Ｉ型前胶原羧基端肽（PICP）、骨钙素（BGP）、血清总骨I型前胶原氨基端延长肽（Total-PINP）和Ⅰ型胶原羧基端肽β特殊序列（β-CTX）进行检测，并对结果进行比较分析。结果：1）治疗后观察组的治疗总有效率为9153%，对照组的治疗总有效率为7544%，观察组明显优于对照组（P<005）；2）治疗后2组的FPG、HbA1c水平均明显降低（P<005），GLUT4水平明显升高（P<005），观察组优于对照组（P<005）；3）2组的骨密度和血清BGP、PICP水平均较治疗前明显升高（P<005），而Total-PINP、β-CTX水平则较治疗前明显降低（P<005），且观察组均明显优于对照组（P<005）。结论：加味右归丸可以有效的提高肾阳虚型2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者的临床疗效，其作用机制可能与改善患者体内糖代谢和骨代谢水平有关，值得广大临床工作者借鉴使用。 |

| Patients with type 2 diabetes and osteoporosis with kidney yang deficiency were treated with Jiawei Yougui Pills.To observe its clinical efficacy and to analyze its effects on the indexes of glycometabolism and bone metabolism，so as to provide a basis for diagnosis and treatment of the patients.Methods:A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus of kidney yang deficiency type combined with osteoporosis treated in the Chengdu 6th People's Hospital from June 2014 to July 2017 were selected as research objects，and randomly divided into control group and observation group，with 60 cases in each group.The 2 groups were treated with conventional diabetic treatment，while the control group was also treated with alfacalcidol capsules，and the observation group was treated with Jiawei Yougui Pills on the medication basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was observed，the FPG，HbA1c，GLUT4，BMD，PICP，BGP，Total-PINP and β-CTX were detected，and the results were compared and analyzed.Results:After the treatment, 1)the total effective rate of the treatment in the observation group was 9153%，and the total effective rate of the treatment in the control group was 7544%，in which the observation group was obviously superior to the control group(P<005). 2)the levels of FPG and HbA1c in the 2 groups were significantly decreased(P<005)，and the level of GLUT4 was significantly increased(P<005)，in which the observation group was superior to the control group. 3)the level of BMD，serum BGP and PICP in the 2 groups were significantly higher than those before the treatment(P<005)，while the levels of Total-PINP and β-CTX were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<005)，in which the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<005).Conclusion:Jiawei Yougui Pills can effectively improve the clinical efficacy in patients with type 2 diabetes of kidney yang deficiency type combined with osteoporosis，and its mechanism may be related to the improvement of glycometabolism and bone metabolism of the patients.It is worthwhile for clinical workers to use it for reference. |
