To explore functional characteristics of bee-sting therapy by combining clinical practice.Starting with the perpendicular insertion method of bee-sting therapy on the basis of introducing the experience of bee-sting manipulation，key problems such as whether the bee sting needs to be pulled out or not during the manipulation，and advantages and disadvantages of retaining the bee sting were analyzed，so as to provide valuable reference for the clinical application of bee-sting therapy.
