| 中医认为“心主血脉”“心主神明”，强调“血脉之心”与“神明之心”双心一体，生理相依，病理互损，主张“双心同治”。双心疾病的主要病机为“气虚血瘀”，养心氏片通过益气活血、化瘀止痛，除烦解郁安神来改善心肌供血，缓解患者的临床症状，同时稳定情绪，改善患者的焦虑抑郁症状，达到双心和谐的目的，适用于冠心病双心治疗。文章结合现代研究进展通过对养心氏的组方特色进行探析，为双心疾病的中西医结合治疗提供一种新的思路。 |

| Chinese medicine believes “heart governing blood and vessels” and “heart governing mental activitieselieves edic g that “the heart of blood and vessels” and “the heart of mental activities” are two hearts in one with physiological dependence and pathological mutual damage，and advocating “to treat the two hearts(psyco-cardiological disease)at the same time”.The main pathogenesis of psyco-cardiological disease is “qi deficiency and blood stasis”.Yangxinshi Tablets can improve myocardial blood supply，relieve clinical symptoms，stabilize emotions，and improve anxiety and depression symptoms of patients by benefiting qi and activating blood，dissolving stasis and relieving pain，as well as eliminating irritability，relieving anxiety and tranquilizing，so as to achieve the goal of psyco-cardiological harmony，which is suitable for psyco-cardiological treatment of coronary heart disease.Based on the research progress of modern times，this paper analyzes the prescription characteristics of Yangxinshi，and provides a new way of thinking for the treatment of psyco-cardiological disease by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine. |
