| 笔者从病理属性，核心病机，继发病机，临床表现，现代研究五方面正反论证了多囊卵巢综合征（Polycysti Covary Syndrome，PCOS)与阴疽的一致性，提出可从阴疽论治PCOS。认为PCOS的病机是肾虚瘀聚，气血亏衰，且常郁肝虚脾兼痰，治当“补肾为主，健脾疏肝；温阳为重，活血化痰”。不应重祛瘀而略化痰，知温肾而忘疏肝，忽视了肝郁夹痰的致病作用。 |

| The author demonstrates the consistency of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and dorsal furuncle from the pathological attributes,core pathogenesis,follow-up pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and modern research,proposes that PCOS can be treated from dorsal furuncle.The pathogenesis of PCOS is considered to be kidney deficiency and blood stasis and qi-blood deficiency with frequently liver depression,spleen deficiency and phlegm.Thus it should be treated with the method of “mainly invigorating kidney,invigorating spleen and dispersing stagnated liver qi; focusing on warming yang,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.We should not focus on eliminating blood stasis and eliminating phlegm slightly,warming the kidney and forgetting soothing the liver,neglecting the pathogenic effect of stagnation of the liver and phlegm. |
