| 目的：探讨益肾泄浊法治疗中晚期糖尿病肾病（DN）患者的临床效果。方法：选取2015年6月至2018年6月辽宁中医药大学附属医院收治的中晚期DN患者120例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组60例。对照组给予西医常规对症治疗，观察组在此基础上给予益肾泄浊法治疗。记录2组患者治疗前后肾功能变化、炎性反应变化、氧化应激变化；观察2组患者治疗后临床疗效。结果：治疗后观察组患者24 h尿蛋白定量（UTP）、尿β2微球蛋白（β2-MG）、血肌酐（SCr）、C反应蛋白（CRP）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、丙二醛（MDA）、蛋白氧化产物（AOPPs）水平均显著低于治疗前与对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），SOD水平显著高于治疗前和对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后观察组的临床治疗有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：益肾泄浊方可显著降低中晚期DN患者炎性反应及氧化应激产物的生成，增强机体抗氧化应激能力，改善机体肾功能，缓解临床症状，提高临床治疗有效率。 |

| To explore the clinical study on Yishen Xiezhuo Method in the treatment of advanced diabetic nephropathy(DN)through the regulation of oxidative stress.Methods:A total of 120 patients with advanced diabetic nephropathy admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2015 to June 2018 were selected.They were divided into a control group(n=60)and an observation group(n=60)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment of western medicine,while the observation group was given the treatment of Yishen Xiezhuo Method on this basis.The changes of renal function,inflammatory reaction and oxidative stress were recorded before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was observed.Results:After treatment,the levels of UTP,β2-MG,SCr,CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,MDA and AOPPs in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and in the control group(P<0.01),while the levels of SOD were significantly higher than those before treatment and in the control group(P<0.01),and the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Yishen Xiezhuo Method can significantly reduce the inflammatory reaction and the production of oxidative stress products in patients with advanced DN,enhance the ability of anti-oxidative stress,improve renal function,alleviate clinical symptoms,and improve the clinical total effective rate. |
