| 目的：探讨自制复方左归胶囊联合针灸序贯疗法治疗DOR患者的疗效及对卵泡液BDNF、TAC水平及生命质量的影响。方法：选取2017年8月至2017年8月武汉科技大学附属普仁医院收治的DOR患者124例作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组62例。所有患者均给予戊酸雌二醇+醋酸甲羟孕酮治疗，对照组在此基础上给予自制复方左归胶囊治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予针灸序贯疗法治疗，比较2组临床疗效以及治疗前后FSH、E2、BDNF、TAC、生命质量变化情况。结果：2组治疗前FSH、E2、BDNF、TAC等水平及生命质量比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；2组治疗后FSH、E2、BDNF、TAC等水平均显著降低，躯体、角色、情绪及社会功能评分均显著升高，差异均有统计学意义（P>0.05），观察组治疗后FSH、E2、BDNF、TAC等水平均低于对照组，躯体、角色、情绪及社会功能评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组治愈率40.32%（25/62）、总有效率93.55%（58/62）均明显高于对照组治愈率22.58%（14/62）及总有效率79.03%（49/62），差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组临床不良反应发生率比较（11.29%：9.68%）差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：复方左归囊联合针灸序贯疗法可显著改善DOR患者血清FSH、E2，卵泡液BDNF、TAC水平，提高生命质量，临床疗效显著，值得进一步推广应用。 |

| To investigate the efficacy of self-made compound Zuogui Capsule Combined with acupuncture sequential therapy in the treatment of DOR patients and its effect on the levels of BDNF，TAC and quality of life in follicular fluid.Methods:A total of 124 patients with DOR admitted to Puren Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology from August 2017 to August 2017 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number grouping method，with 62 cases in each group.All patients were treated with estradiol valerate+medroxyprogesterone acetate，and the control group was treated with self-made compound Zuogui Capsule on the basis of this.The observation group was treated with acupuncture sequential therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the 2 groups and the changes of FSH，E2，BDNF，TAC and quality of life before and after treatment were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the level of FSH，E2，BDNF and TAC，as well as the quality of life before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of FSH，E2，BDNF and TAC decreased significantly in the 2 groups，and the scores of body，role，emotion and social function were significantly increased(P>0.05).After treatment，the levels of FSH，E2，BDNF and TAC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，and the scores of body，role，mood and social function were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The cure rate of the observation group was 40.32%(25/62）and the total effective rate was 93.55%(58/62)，which were significantly higher than that of the control group 22.58%(14/62）and total effective rate 79.03%(49/62)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(11.29%：9.68%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compound Zuogui Capsule combined with acupuncture sequential therapy can significantly improve the levels of serum FSH，E2，BDNF and TAC in the serum of DOR patients，and improve the quality of life.The clinical effect is remarkable.It is worthy of further application. |
