| 目的:对药用枸杞的名称、品种、性味及功效等进行考证,为进一步开发利用枸杞提供文献依据。方法:立足传统本草文献进行梳理和校对,并同《中国植物志》及2015版《中华人民共和国药典》等进行古今对照。结果:梳理清楚了枸杞的名称、品种、性味及功效。结论:枸杞产地经历了由河北、江苏逐渐向陕西、甘肃等地的变迁,最终形成了以宁夏为道地产区的稳定状态;古时药用枸杞的品种由枸杞(Lycium chinense Mill.)逐步变为宁夏枸杞(Lycium barbarum L.);枸杞子同枸杞根(地骨皮)的功效自唐代开始就有区别,至《本草纲目》变得完全清晰,2015版《中华人民共和国药典》中枸杞子功效中的“内热消渴”在传统本草文献中为地骨皮的功效。 |

| To verify the name，variety，taste and efficacy of medicinal Fructus Lycii，and provide literature basis for further development and utilization of Fructus Lycii.Methods:Based on the traditional herbal literature for combing and proofreading，and with the Chinese Flora and the 2015 edition of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China to carry out ancient and modern comparisons.Results:The name，variety，taste and efficacy of the Fructus Lycii were clearly combed.Conclusion:The production area has gradually changed from Hebei and Jiangsu to Shaanxi and Gansu，and finally formed a stable state with Ningxia as the genuine region.The ancient medicinal Fructus Lycii varieties gradually changed from Lycium chinense Mill.for the Lycium barbarum L.; the effect of the medicinal Fructus Lycii's fruit and root(Cortex Lycii)has been different since the Tang Dynasty，until the Compendium of Materia Medica has become completely clear，the efficacy of the Fructus Lycii's fruit in the 2015 edition of the Pharmacopoeia，such as “internal heat and consumptive thirst”，is the effect of the root(Cortex Lycii)in the traditional herbal literature. |
