目的:通过对不同黄芩药材的化合物含量和色度的测定,评价药材质量。方法:采用超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)测定黄芩化合物含量,同时采用色差仪法测定药材色度。结果:不同产地和等级黄芩的黄芩苷含量存在一定的差异,并且黄芩粉末颜色与其等级有较明显关系。结论:超高效液相色谱法和色差仪法可为评价黄芩药材质量提供参考。 |

To evaluate the quality of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi by determining the content of different bathes and its colorimetry compounds.Methods:Ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)was used to determine the contents of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and the chromaticity of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi was determined by colorimetry.Results:The content of baicalin in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi from different areas and grades were different,and the chromaticity of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi powder was obviously related to its grades.Conclusion:The method of UPLC and Colorimetry can provide reference for evaluating the quality of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. |
