      目的:建立超高效液相色谱三重四级杆串联质谱法同时测定不同来源乳香中7种乳香酸类成分的方法,比较不同来源乳香中该类成分的含量差异。方法:采用ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8 μm);以0.1%甲酸-水(A)-0.1%甲酸-乙腈(B)溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,体积流量为0.5 mL/min,柱温40 ℃;采用电喷雾离子源,正离子检测方式,得到相应的提取离子流图,以峰面积进行定量。结果:乳香中α-乳香酸、β-乳香酸、3-乙酰基-α-乳香酸、3-乙酰基-β-乳香酸、11-羰基-β-乙酰乳香酸、11-羰基-β-乙酰乳香酸和3-酮基-11α-羟基-β-乳香酸具有良好的线性关系,相关系数r均大于0.998 5,平均加样回收率为96.8%~102.0%,RSD均<3.5%。结论:该方法操作简便、准确、重复性好,为乳香中乳香酸类成分的深入研究及其质量控制提供了参考依据。
English Summary:
      To establish a UPLC-MS/MS method for the simultaneous determination of 7 kinds of boswellic acids in Olibanum,and compare the contents in samples from different origins.Methods:The determination was performed on the ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(2.1 mm × 100 mm,1.8 μm); the 0.1% formic acid-water(A)and 0.1% formic acid-acetonitrile(B)in gradient elution as mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.5 mL/min.The column temperature was 40 ℃.MS instrument was equipped with ESI+ ion source.Gaining the extracted ion chromatograms,then the peak area was used for quantitative.Results:The 7 kinds of boswellic acids:α-boswellic acid,β-boswellic acid,3-acetyl-α-boswellic acid,3-acetyl-β-boswellic acid,11-keto-β-boswellic acid,acetyl-11-keto-β-boswellic acid and 3-keto-11α-hydroxy-β-boswellic acid had good linearity,r>0.9985.The recovery rate was 96.8%~102.0%,with RSD<3.5%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and repeatable,and provides a reference for in-depth research and quality control of boswellic acids in mastic.
