| 目的：探讨通督调神针刺法对脑梗死后血管性痴呆（VD）患者的认知、行为能力及抗氧自由基的影响。方法：选取2017年1月至2018年1月十堰市太和医院收治的VD患者90例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组45例。对照组采用内科常规治疗+普通针刺法治疗，观察组采用内科常规治疗+通督调神针刺法，比较2组患者在精神状态（MMSE）、日常生活活动能力（ADL）、血清一氧化氮（NO）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）和临床疗效。结果：观察组治疗有效率为88.89%，对照组治疗有效率为68.89%，2组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。与治疗前比较，2组患者的ADL评分和NO水平显著降低，且观察者组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后2组患者的MMSE评分和SOD水平显著升高，且观察者组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:通督调神针刺法可以保护神经元，改善糖代谢，通窍醒脑，静心宁神，对VD有显著临床效果。 |

| To investigate the effects on cognition，behavior and antioxidant free radicals in vascular dementia(VD)patients after cerebral infarction using Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture.Methods:A total of 90 patients with VD in Shiyan Taihe Hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as research subjects and they were randomly divided into an observation group(internal medicine routine treatment+Tontuo Tiaoshen acupuncture)and a control group(internal medicine routine treatment+general acupuncture)，with 45 cases in each group.The mental state(MMSE)，daily life activity(ADL)，serum nitric oxide(NO)，superoxide dismutase(SOD)and total effective rates were compared between the 2 groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 88.89% in the observation group，and 68.89% in the control group，with significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment，the ADL score and NO in both groups were decreased than before treatment(P<0.05)，and the observation group was lower than the control group，with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment，the MMSE score and SOD content of the 2 groups were significantly increased(P<0.05)，and the observation group was higher than the control group，with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture can protect neurons，improve glucose metabolism，wake the brain and calm the mind，which has a significant clinical effect on patients with VD. |
