| 目的：探讨参芪降糖颗粒对2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢、血流变学、炎性反应因子及血管内皮功能的影响。方法：选取2017年6月至2018年6月广东省第二中医院收治的2型糖尿病患者74例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组37例。对照组口服二甲双胍；观察组在对照组基础上口服参芪降糖颗粒。2组疗程均为3个月。比较2组治疗疗效，治疗前后糖代谢、脂代谢、血液流变学、炎性反应因子和血管内皮功能变化。结果：观察组总有效率（97.30%）高于对照组（78.38%）（P<0.05）。观察组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白低于对照组（t＝9.118、6.835、11.534，P<0.05）。观察组治疗后HDL-C水平高于对照组，而TC、TG、LDL-C、载脂蛋白A和载脂蛋白B水平低于对照组（t＝6.435、7.693、7.222、8.415、6.625、8.252，P<0.05）。观察组治疗后全血黏度高切、全血黏度低切和血浆黏度低于对照组（t＝5.993、9.754、6.632，P<0.05）。观察组治疗后ICAM-1和TNF-α水平低于对照组（t＝11.458、18.493，P<0.05）。观察组治疗后NO水平高于对照组，而ET-1水平低于对照组（t＝9.591、9.239，P<0.05）。结论：参芪降糖颗粒对2型糖尿病患者疗效明显，可改善患者糖脂代谢、血液流变学和血管内皮功能，及减轻炎性反应，值得临床借鉴。 |

| To investigate the effects of Shenqi Jiangtang Granules on glucose and lipid metabolism，hemorheology，inflammatory factors and vascular endothelial function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 74 patients with type 2 diabetes in Second Hospital of Guangdong Province from June 2017 to June 2018 were divided into a control group(37 cases)and an observation group(37 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was given metformin orally，while the observation group was given Shenqi Jiangtang Granules orally on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 3 months in both groups.The therapeutic effects of the 2 groups were compared，including changes of glucose metabolism，lipid metabolism，hemorheology，inflammatory factors and vascular endothelial function before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(97.30%)was higher than that of the control group(78.38%)(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose，2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=9.118，6.835，11.534，P<0.05).After treatment，HDL-C level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，while TC，TG，LDL-C，apolipoprotein A and apolipoprotein B levels were lower than those in the control group(t=6.435，7.693，7.222，8.415，6.625，8.252，P<0.05).The whole blood viscosity，whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(t=5.993，9.754，6.632，P<0.05).The levels of ICAM-1 and TNF-a in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=11.458，18.493，P<0.05).After treatment，NO level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，while ET-1 level was lower than that in the control group(t=9.591，9.239，P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Jiangtang Granules has obvious curative effect on type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.It can improve glycolipid metabolism，hemorheology and vascular endothelial function，and alleviate inflammation.It is worthy of clinical reference. |
