| 直肠癌前切除综合征是直肠癌术后患者临床常见的症状，主要表现为便意频繁、排便频率增加、便急、排出困难、肛门坠胀、排便失禁等。尽管随着时间的延长，患者症状会稍有缓解，但仍有部分患者症状持续数年无明显改善，且大便异常的情况在结肠癌患者也不少见，单纯西药、针刺、艾灸、穴贴、灌肠等治疗虽能缓解部分症状，但治标不治本，不能维持长期效果。张青教授根据自己多年临床经验，基于“肺与大肠相表里”理论，总结出了薏苡败酱三仁汤，通过调节气、湿、血，以降气、祛湿、化瘀，同时辨证加减，标本兼治，对于直肠癌术后患者前切除综合征疗效显著。 |

| Anterior resection syndrome of rectal cancer is a common symptom in patients with rectal cancer after operation.It is mainly characterized by frequent bowel movements，increased defecation frequency，urgency，difficulty in excretion，anal downbearing distention，and fecal incontinence，etc.Although the symptoms will be slightly relieved over time，there are still some patients whose symptoms have not improved significantly for several years，and this abnormal stool condition is common in patients with colon cancer.Simple western medicine，acupuncture，moxibustion，acupoint sticking，enema and other treatments can alleviate some symptoms，but cannot cure the root causes and maintain the long-term effect.According to many years of clinical experience by Prof.Zhang Qing and the theory of “the lung and the large intestine are interior-exteriorly related”，he summed up Yiyi Baijiang Sanren Decociton.By regulating qi，dampness and blood to descend qi，eliminate dampness and resolve stasis，along with modification based on syndrome differentiation，and treating both symptoms and root cases，the curative effect is remarkable for patients with anterior resection syndrome after rectal cancer surgery. |
