To investigate the influence of insomnia on human body by analyzing the characteristics of 6 pulses of insomniacs.Methods:The least squares regression analysis was used for selecting the 6 pulses graph parameters of cun，guan，chi of both hands in insomniacs，and making pulse graphic model.The most representative 6 parameters were used for classification.Results:There was a significant difference in the pulse graph between insomniacs and normal subjects，and the correct rate was 87%.The parameters of left cun，right guan，right chi had the greatest impact on the 2 groups.Conclusion:Insomniacs could be distinguished by pulse graph parameters with normal subjects，which provided the datum proofs for the diagnosis and treatment of insomnia from the perspective of TCM pulse.
