| 新型冠状病毒肺炎属于中医“疫病”的范畴，具有强烈的传染性和流行性，笔者结合儿童特有的生理病理特点，对此病因病机演变就辨证论治进行探讨，认为此次疫情以湿毒、寒毒、热毒三者胶着，以湿邪为主，互相影响，形成了天地之异气——疫戾之邪，作用于人而发病，此次疫病非伤寒非温病，治疗上既不能全按六经辨证，亦不能全按卫气营血及三焦辨证，应多重辨证组合论治，在不同病理阶段有所偏重，需要分寒热虚实、分阶段治疗，以截断疾病向恶进展。 |

| The Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia(NCP) falls into the category of “epidemic disease” in TCM，which has strong infectivity and epidemicity.Combined with the unique physiological and pathological characteristics of children，the paper discussed the etiological evolution and treatment based on syndrome differentiation.It is believed that NCP is caused by dampness toxin，cold toxin，heat toxin and mainly by dampness toxin，the above three are mutually influenced which forms the evil between heaven and earth——the pestilence，acting on people and causing the disease.NCP is neither cold pathogenic disease nor warm disease and cannot be treated according to the syndrome differentiation of six channels theory or the syndrome differentiation of Wei，Qi，Ying，Xue/San Jiao theory.Combined syndrome differentiation method should be applied and a certain syndrome differentiation method should be stressed according to different pathological stages.Cold，heat，deficiency，excess and pathological stages should be identified so as to stop deterioration. |
