| 目的：基于数据分析软件Excel、SPSS 15.0，分析各地区中医药预防新冠肺炎组方用药规律，总结用药特点和思路，为中医药预防新冠肺炎提供帮助。方法：检索2020年2月5日之前网页及中文数据库中国家及各省、市、自治区卫生健康委员会、中医药管理局的新冠肺炎相关诊疗方案。结果：本研究共纳入17个省市的涉及不同人群（包括儿童、老年人、孕妇等）的52个预防方，共涉及中药79味，得出高频次药物19味；利用关联规则分析得出4味核心药物；利用聚类分析得到3类药物组合。结论：通过本研究，中医药预防新冠肺炎的核心药物为黄芪、白术、防风、甘草等，在预防中强调补气健脾，清热燥湿、调畅气机等。针对疾病特点，做到“随证预防”。 |

| Based on the data analysis software Excel and SPSS 15.0，the rules of prescriptions of Chinese medicine for preventing Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia(NCP) in various regions were analyzed，the characteristics and thoughts of medication were summarized，so as to provide reference for NCP prevention.Methods:Diagnosis and treatment plans of National，provincial，municipal and autonomous regions' Health Commission and Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine from webpage and Chinese database before February 5，2020 were retrieved.Results:A total of 52 prophylaxis for different populations (including children，the elderly，pregnant women，etc.) from 17 provinces and cities were included in this study.A total of 79 Chinese medicines were involved and 19 high-frequency drugs were obtained.Four core drugs were found; 3 types of drug combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion:The core TCM medicines for preventing NCP are milkvetch root，largehead atractylodes rhizome，divaricate saposhnikovia root and liquorice root.Benefiting Qi and strengthening spleen，clearing heat and eliminating dampness，regulating Qi flow should be emphasized in prophylaxis.Syndrome differentiation should be applied in the prevention. |
