| 目的:观察骨坏死康复丸治疗脾肾阳虚型股骨头坏死临床疗效。方法:选取2016年1—12月郑州中医骨伤病医院收治的脾肾阳虚型股骨头坏死患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例,对照组给予丹参片口服,观察组给予骨坏死康复丸口服治疗,分别与治疗6个月、12个月后对2组患者的疼痛、髋关节功能和Harris评分进行比较。结果:2组患者治疗6个月后疼痛均值分别为(4.39±1.13)分和(6.45±1.08)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗12个月后疼痛均值分别为(3.55±0.83)分和(5.93±0.79)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后6个月关节活动度均值分别为(230.26±11.08)分和(229.13±10.09)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后12个月关节活动度均值分别为(241.05±12.33)分和(233.26±10.56)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组经6个月治疗后Harris平均得分为(73.17±11.32)分,对照组平均为(72.39±10.76)分,2组患者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组经12个月治疗后Harris平均得分为(76.41±11.18)分,对照组平均为(63.31±10.34)分,2组患者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨坏死康复丸对于脾肾阳虚型股骨头坏死患者疗效明显,无不良反应,值得推广。 |

| To observe the clinical effect of osteonecrosis rehabilitation pill in treating femoral head necrosis of spleen kidney yang deficiency type.Methods:A total of 120 patients with osteonecrosis of femoral head with deficiency of spleen and kidney were selected as the research objects from January to December 2016.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method，each group was 60 cases，the control group was given Danshen tablets orally，the observation group was given oral treatment of osteonecrosis Kangfu pills，and the pain，hip function and Harris scores of the two groups were compared after 6 months and 12 months of treatment respectively.Results:The mean pain in the 2 groups of patients was(4.39±1.13)and(6.45±1.08)after treatment，respectively，and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The mean of pain after 12 months of treatment was(3.55±0.83)and(5.93±0.79)，respectively，and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mean joint activity in the 6 months after treatment in the 2 groups was(230.26±11.08)and(229.13±10.09),respectively，and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The mean of joint activity in the 12 months after treatment was(241.05±12.33)and(233.26±10.56)，respectively，and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Harris scored an average score of 73.17 to 11.32 after 6 months of treatment in the observation group，and the control group averaged(72.39±10.76)，and the two groups had no statistical differences(P>0.05)，and the observation group After 12 months of treatment，Harris scored an average score of 76.41 to 11.18，the control group averaged(63.31±10.34)，and the difference was statistically significant in the 2 groups of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:Osteonecrosis rehabilitation pill has obvious curative effect on the patients with necrosis of the femoral head and spleen and kidney yang deficiency. |
