| 目的：为继承名老中医治疗特发性声带麻痹的经验，提高中医特色疗法治疗特发性声带麻痹的水平，为临床治疗疑难病症提供新思路。方法：通过跟师广东省名老中医俞云教授临床学习和整理相关文献，对俞老运用切脉针灸疗法治疗特发性声带麻痹进行经验分析。结果：俞云教授认为特发性声带麻痹的总体病机是脏器虚损、喉窍失养，故提出该病总的治疗原则是以扶助正气，从脏腑、经络调节，从而达到利喉开音目的。结论：俞云教授运用切脉针灸疗法治疗特发性声带麻痹经验对中医特色疗法治疗特发性声带麻痹提供了新的思路及方法。 |

| In order to inherit the experience of famous old Chinese medicine in treating idiopathic vocal cord paralysis, improve the level of characteristic Chinese medicine therapy for idiopathic vocal cord paralysis, and provide new ideas for clinical treatment of difficult diseases.Methods:Through clinical study and collation of related literatures with Professor Yu Yun, a famous old Chinese medicine practitioner in Guangdong Province, this paper conducted an empirical analysis of Yu Yun's treatment of idiopathic vocal cord paralysis using pulse-cut acupuncture.Results:Professor Yu Yun believed that the overall pathogenesis of idiopathic vocal cord paralysis was organ damage and laryngeal dystrophy.Therefore, the general treatment principle of the disease was to assist righteousness and regulate from the viscera and meridians to achieve the purpose of sounding the throat.Conclusion:Professor Yu Yun's experience in treating idiopathic vocal cord paralysis using pulse-cut acupuncture therapy provides new ideas and methods for the treatment of idiopathic vocal cord paralysis with characteristic Chinese medicine therapy. |
