| 目的：探究止咳平喘糖浆联合布地奈德对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者的疗效及对C反应蛋白、降钙素原、中性粒细胞等的影响。方法：选取2017年3月至2019年3月江油市第二人民医院收治的COPD患者100例作为研究对象，采用随机数字法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组50例，对照组行布地奈德治疗，观察组在布地奈德治疗的基础上加用止咳平喘糖浆治疗，比较2组的临床疗效，并观察治疗前后2组患者C反应蛋白（CRP）、降钙素原（PCT）、中性粒细胞比例（N%）及肺功能改善情况。结果：观察组患者经中西医联合治疗后，临床有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05），观察组PCT、CRP、N%水平相比对照组明显更低（P<0.05），且观察组患者肺功能改善情况明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：对COPD患者行止咳平喘糖浆及布地奈德治疗可有效改善患者临床症状，降低CRP、PCT、N%水平，提高患者肺功能，临床应用效果显著，值得推广。 |

| To explore the effects of Zhike Pingchuan syrup combined with budesonide on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and its effects on C-reactive protein, procalcitonin and neutrophils.Methods:A total of 100 patients with COPD admitted to Jiangyou Second People's Hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group by random number method, with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide, while the observation group received budesonide+Zhike Pingchuan Syrup treatment.The clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was compared, and the C-reactive protein (CRP), procalcitonin (PCT), neutrophil ratio (N%) and lung function improvement of the 2 groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:After treatment with Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine, the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The PCT, CRP, and N% levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The improvement of lung function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of patients with COPD with Zhike Pingchuan Syrup and budesonide can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the levels of CRP, PCT and N%, and improve the lung function of patients.The clinical application effects are significant and worth promoting. |
