目的:建立麻荆颗粒的质量标准。方法:应用高效液相色谱法测定麻荆颗粒中麻黄碱、黄芩苷、甘草苷的含量,建立麻荆颗粒的高效液相指纹图谱。结果:盐酸麻黄碱在0.289 2~2.892 0 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),黄芩苷在0.208 0~2.080 0 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),甘草苷在0.192 0~1.920 0 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9)。初步建立了麻荆颗粒颗粒的高效液相色谱指纹图谱,相似度均在0.96以上,10批次样品中确定了12个共有峰,并指认其中5个共有峰。结论:本方法稳定、准确可靠,能有效的为麻荆颗粒质量控制提供依据。 |

To establish the quality standard of Majing Granule.Methods:The contents of ephedrine,baicalin and glycyrrhizic glycoside were measured by HPLC.The HPLC fingerprint of Majing Granules was established.Results:There was a good linear relationship of ephedrine hydrochloride in the range of 0.289 2~2.892 0 μg(r=0.999 9).There was a good linear relationship of baicalin in the range of 0.208 0~2.080 0 μg(r=0.999 9).There was a good linear relationship of liquiritin in the range of 0.192 0~1.920 0 μg(r=0.999 9).The HPLC fingerprint of Majing granules was preliminarily established,and the similarity was above 0.96.A total of 12 common peaks were identified in 10 batches of samples,and 5 of them were identified.Conclusion:This method is stable,accurate and reliable,which can provide the basis for the quality control of Majing Granule. |
