To explore the effects of Ditan Decoction on cerebral infarction(CI)and the levels of thromboelastogram and vascular endothelial factor.Methods:A total of 95 patients with CI from December 2016 to March 2019 in Fangshan Hospital Affiliated to Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the study objects.According to the order of treatment，they were divided into 2 groups:a control group(n=47)，and a study group(n=48).The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine，and the observation group was treated with modified Ditan Decoction for 4 weeks.The efficacy of the 2 groups when they were enrolled and when the treatment was completed，thromboelastogram，vascular endothelial factor，inflammatory factor，oxidative stress index and TCM syndrome score etc.were observed and compared between the 2 groups.Results:After treatment，TNF-α，CRP，MDA，ET-1，MMP-9，PAF，MA，α angle，TCM syndrome scores，NIHSS score，Ang Ⅱ，GMP-140 in the study group decreased more than those in the control group，while SOD，IGF-1，R value，K value，BI score，NO increase and total effective rate were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ditan Decoction can inhibit CI inflammatory factors and oxidative stress，inhibit thrombosis，protect brain nerves，improve symptoms and improve quality of life.
