To explore effects of Shugan Qingre Formula on thyroid function and peripheral blood lymphocyte ratio of patients with Hashimoto Thyroiditis (HT).Methods:Retrospective study was performed on 94 patients with HT, admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Xinjiang Medical University from November 2014 to November 2016, who were divided into a control group and an observation group by different treatment methods.Each group had 47 cases.The control group were treated with levothyroxine sodium Tablets, and observation group were treated based on the treatment of control group with combined Shugan Qingre Formula.Both 2 groups had been treated for 12 weeks continuously.Clinical effects of 2 groups after treatment were compared; clinical symptom scores, thyroid function index and peripheral blood lymphocyte ratios of them were counted before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 93.62% after treatment, which was higher than that 74.46% of the control group (P<0.05 ).Compared with those before treatment, TCM clinical symptom scores of 2 groups decreased evidently after treatment, such as anterior swelling or oppression of neck, insomnia, sweating, dry mouth and constipation etc., and the scores of observation group was lower obviously than those of the control group (P<0.05).There was no obvious difference on the levels of FT3, FT4 between 2 groups (P>0.05); levels of TSH of 2 groups decreased evidently after treatment, and the level of observation group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05); The levels of TRAb, TPOAb and TGAb in the control group and the level of TRAb in the observation group had no significant change before and after treatment (P>0.05), and the levels of TPOAb and TGAb in the observation group decreased significantly after treatment and were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); CCR5%, CD30%, and CCR5%/CD30% ratios of the observation group were decreased (P<0.05) after treatment, there were no significant difference in the above ratios between the observation group and the control group after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion:Shugan Qingre Formula in the treatment of HT can relieve the relevant clinical symptom of patients, promote thyroid hormone and antibody levels return to normal, promote patients' thyroid function return to nornal, but it can't improve the peripheral blood lymphocyte ratio.
