| 目的：分析二仙汤加减联合西医药治疗卵巢早衰闭经的临床疗效，探讨二仙汤治疗卵巢早衰闭经的部分疗效机制。方法：选取2013年8月至2017年8月河南省黄河三门峡医院妇科收治的卵巢早衰闭经患者70例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组35例。2组患者均行西药戊酸雌二醇+地屈孕酮片常规治疗，对观察组患者再行中医辨证，予二仙汤加减辨治，连续治疗3个月经周期后，比较2组患者治疗前、后主要中医症状积分变化，完成治疗后评价2组患者临床疗效。结果：治疗3个月经周期后，2组患者中医症状积分均较治疗前明显下降，治疗后观察组明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组临床疗效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；其他生化指标比较，观察组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：二仙汤联合西药加减辨治卵巢早衰闭经可使患者性激素水平趋于正常水平，稳定患者T细胞亚群平衡，促进自身免疫功能恢复，从而效改善患者卵巢早衰及闭经中医临床症状，提升临床疗效，且安全。 |

| To analyze the clinical efficacy of Erxian Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of premature ovarian failure and amenorrhea,and to explore the partial therapeutic mechanism of Erxian Decoction in the treatment of premature ovarian failure and amenorrhea. Methods:A total of 70 patients with premature ovarian failure and amenorrhea who were treated in our hospitals from August 2013 to August 2017 were selected as the research subjects and were divided into a control group and an experimental group with 35 cases in each group according to number random table. A total of 2 groups of patients were treated with Western medicine combined with estradiol valerate+conventional treatment of dydrogesterone tablets,and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation,modified Erxian Decoction. Patients in both groups were treated with Western medicine estradiol valerate+dydrogesterone tablets. Patients in the observation group were further treated with TCM syndrome differentiation and treated with modified Erxian Decoction for syndrome differentiation. After 3 consecutive menstrual cycles,the changes in the main TCM symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the 2 groups,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated after the treatment was completed. Results:After 3 menstrual cycles of treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the 2 groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group after treatment (P<0.05); the clinical treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05); Compared with other biochemical indicators,the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The combination of Erxian Decoction and Western medicine for the treatment of premature ovarian failure and amenorrhea can make patients' levels of sex hormones normal,stabilize the balance of T cell subsets,and promote the recovery of autoimmune function and improve clinical efficacy and safety. |
