Abstract:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Erxian Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of premature ovarian failure and amenorrhea, and to explore the partial therapeutic mechanism of Erxian Decoction in the treatment of premature ovarian failure and amenorrhea. Methods:A total of 70 patients with premature ovarian failure and amenorrhea who were treated in our hospitals from August 2013 to August 2017 were selected as the research subjects and were divided into a control group and an experimental group with 35 cases in each group according to number random table. A total of 2 groups of patients were treated with Western medicine combined with estradiol valerate+conventional treatment of dydrogesterone tablets, and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation, modified Erxian Decoction. Patients in both groups were treated with Western medicine estradiol valerate+dydrogesterone tablets. Patients in the observation group were further treated with TCM syndrome differentiation and treated with modified Erxian Decoction for syndrome differentiation. After 3 consecutive menstrual cycles, the changes in the main TCM symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the 2 groups, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated after the treatment was completed. Results:After 3 menstrual cycles of treatment, the TCM symptom scores of the 2 groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group after treatment (P<0.05); the clinical treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05); Compared with other biochemical indicators, the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The combination of Erxian Decoction and Western medicine for the treatment of premature ovarian failure and amenorrhea can make patients' levels of sex hormones normal, stabilize the balance of T cell subsets, and promote the recovery of autoimmune function and improve clinical efficacy and safety.
