To explore clinical curative effects and related mechanism of Shenxiong Injection combined with magnesium sulfate,labetalol in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods:A total of 156 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension were divided into a control group and an observational group according to the random number table method,with 78 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment+magnesium sulfate+labetalol,while the observational group was given Shenxiong Injection based on the treatment of the control group of for the consecutive 2 week treatment. The clinical efficacy,endothelial function index (PGI2,TXA2,ET-1,NO),oxidative stress index (LPO,GSH-Px,SOD,MDA),serum inflammatory cytokines (IL-6,TNF-α,CRP) and the level of blood pressure were observed of 2 groups. Results:After treatment,the levels of ET-1,TXA2,LPO and MDA of 2 groups decreased significantly,while the levels of PGI2,NO,GSH-Px and SOD increased significantly. The above indexes changed more obviously and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment,the level of IL-6,TNF-α,CRP,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,S/D ratio,the resistance index levels of 2 groups decreased significantly,and the above indexes changed more obviously of the observational group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observational group after treatment (93.59%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.77%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Shenxiong Injection combined with magnesium sulfate,labetalol in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension can be anti-inflammatory,inhibiting oxidative stress reaction,and protecting endothelial function,so as to improve the effects of clinical treatment. |
