      目的:本研究通过观察四季变化对正常人和支气管哮喘患者交感-肾上腺髓质系统相关激素水平的影响,进一步揭示“肾应冬”的生物学机制。方法:在2018年春分、夏至、秋分、冬至4个节气点,采集正常人和支气管哮喘患者血样,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(Elisa)检测正常人和支气管哮喘患者血浆中肾上腺素(E)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、肾上腺髓质激素(ADM)的含量变化。结果:正常人血浆中E、NE、ADM的含量均呈现春季、秋季升高,冬季最低的季节变化趋势,而支气管患者血浆中E、NE、ADM的含量则呈现出冬季升高而春季、秋季降低的相反趋势。结论:交感-肾上腺髓质系统相关激素水平具有明显的季节相关性;支气管哮喘的发病与交感-肾上腺髓质系统激素水平季节节律紊乱有关。“肾应冬”理论在“交感-肾上腺髓质系统”层面具有生物学基础。
English Summary:
      In this study,we observed the effects of seasonal changes on the levels of hormones related to the sympathetic-adrenal medullary system in normal subjects and patients with bronchial asthma,and further revealed the biological mechanism of “ kidney corresponding with winter”. Methods:In the spring equinox,summer solstice,autumn equinox and winter solstice of 2018,the blood samples of normal people and bronchial asthma patients were collected. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the contents of plasma epinephrine (E) and norepinephrine in normal and bronchial asthma patients (NE),changes in the content of adrenal medulla hormone (ADM). Results:The contents of E,NE and ADM in plasma of normal people increased in spring and autumn,and the lowest in winter. The contents of E,NE and ADM in plasma of bronchial patients increased in winter,but decreased in spring and autumn. Conclusion:The sympathetic-adrenal medulla system-related hormone levels have a significant seasonal correlation; the onset of bronchial asthma is associated with a seasonal rhythm disorder in the sympathetic-adrenal medullary system hormone levels. The theory of “kidney corresponding with winter” has a biological basis at the level of “sympathetic-adrenal medulla system”.
