| 拔毒生肌散是拔毒敛疮、祛腐生肌的常用方之一，近年来被广泛用于糖尿病足、压疮、创伤性溃疡等各种慢性创面的中医外科治疗中，并取得了显著的疗效。文章对慢性创面的发病机制、中西医研究进展进行了概括性的总结，归纳拔毒生肌散对各种慢性创面的治疗作用，概括性地阐述了拔毒生肌散对慢性创面愈合的作用机制。此外，对拔毒生肌散的安全性做出一定的讨论。并对拔毒生肌散的临床运用与改良提出了自己的看法。 |

| Badu Shengji Powder is one of the commonly used prescriptions for removing toxin,eliminating putrid，dispelling aging and producing flesh.In recent years，it has been widely used in traditional external therapy of TCM of various chronic wounds such as diabetic foot，pressure sore，and traumatic ulcer etc.，and has achieved remarkable effects.In this paper，the pathogenesis of chronic wounds and the progress of research on traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine were summarized.The effects of Badu Shengji Powder on various kinds of chronic wound healing was summarized.In addition，this paper discussed the safety of Badu Shengji Powder to some degree，and its own view on the clinical application and improvement of Badu Shengji Powder was put forward. |
