| 浅述蔡连香从“精血”理论辨治妇科疾病的特色。本文通过整理蔡老为中医妇科初学者的讲课内容，对其运用“精血”理论阐述妇科疾病的特点、病因病机、辨证论治、临床应用进行总结，突出精血理论在妇科疾病中的地位，认为精血的盈亏与肾肝脾密切相关，临床治疗妇女疾病从调补肝脾肾及调理气血冲任来辨证论治。 |

| The characteristics of CAI Lianxiang's differentiation and treatment of gynecological diseases from the theory of “Essential Blood”was analyzed.Through sorting out CAI's lectures for beginners of gynecology in traditional Chinese medicine，this paper summarized the characteristics，etiology，pathogenesis，syndrome differentiation，treatment and clinical application of gynecological diseases by using the theory of “Essential Blood”，highlighting the status of the theory of “Essential Blood” in gynecological diseases，and considering that the excess and loss of essenstial blood was closely related to kidney，liver and spleen.Clinical treatment of women's diseases is based on the syndrome differentiation of regulating and supplementing liver，spleen，kidney，and regulation qi，blood and thoroughfare and conception channels. |
