to investigate the effect of Yangxin Tongluo decoction on the quality of life in patients with chronic stable coronary heart disease (chd).Methods:A total of 130 patients with stable chronic coronary heart disease (SCCHD) were selected from December 2016 to August 2017, who were diagnosed as deficiency of both Qi and Yin and blood stasis and phlegm coagulation syndrome in the Outpatient Department of the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Xinjiang Medical University.They were divided into a control group and an Observation Group by random number table,65 cases in each group.The Control Group was treated with conventional Western medicine.The patients in the observation group were treated with Yangxin Tongluo decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The improvement of total exercise time, St Segment Depression 1 MV, St Segment maximum depression range and angina pectoris score in treadmill exercise test were better than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Yangxin Tongluo decoction combined with Western medicine can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with chronic stable angina pectoris which is worthy clinical application.
