Herba Leonuri preparations are widely used in clinical practice，and show significant therapeutic effects on the treatment of obstetrics and gynecology diseases.Among them，Herba Leonuri Injection，Herba Leonuri Granules，Herba Leonuri Tablets are the most common Herba Leonuri preparations in clinical practice，and their effectiveness and safety have been recognized in long-term clinical practice.This paper combining the research ideas of the second development of Herba Leonuri preparation，introduces the preparation technology，quality control and clinical application of the representative Herba Leonuri preparation，in order to provide some references for the modern research and clinical safety application of Herba Leonuri preparations.
