| 目的：探讨海珠益肝加味方对刀豆蛋白A(Concanavalin A）诱导免疫性肝损伤小鼠的保护作用。方法：健康昆明雄性小鼠100只,随机分为10组，包括正常组、模型组、A组、B组、C组、D组、E组、F组、G组、H组，每组10只，造模两周前，正常组及模型组给予温开水灌胃，其余组分别给予海珠益肝全方,海珠益肝方加太子参、枸杞子，海珠益肝方加太子参、淫羊藿，海珠益肝方加枸杞子、淫羊藿、叶下珠、白花蛇舌草、海藻、茯苓、白芥子、莪术及泼的松灌胃，静待60 min后，正常组给予尾静脉注射8 mL/kg生理盐水，其他组给予尾静脉注射16 mg/kg Concanavalin A建模，期间暂停饮水并静待12 h后摘眼球取血、颈椎脱臼处死动物取肝脏脾脏，计算肝脾指数。并检测ALT、AST、SOD及MDA指标。结果：正常组、A组、B组、C组、D组、G组、H组的小鼠肝脾指数明显低于模型组，其他组无明显作用，正常组、A组、B组、C组、D组、E组、F组、G组、H组的ALT、AST、SOD明显高于模型组（P<0.05），正常组、A组、B组、C组、D组、E组、F组、G组、H组的MDA明显低于模型组（P<0.05）。结论：海珠益肝方加味方能有效降低免疫性肝损伤转氨酶水平,减轻肝细胞膜脂质过氧化反应,从而达到保护肝脏的目的。 |

| To investigate the protective effects of Modified Haizhu Yigan Formula on mice with Concanavalin A(Concanavalin A)-induced immune liver injury.Methods:A total of 100 Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal group，model group，group A，group B，group C，group D，group E，group F，group G and group H，with 10 cases in each group.2 weeks before modeling，the normal group and model group were given warm boiled water by gastric lavage.The other groups were given Haizhu Yigan Formula，Haizhu Yigan Formula plus Radix Pseudostellariae and Fructus Lyci，Haizhu Yigan Formula plus Radix Pseudostellariae Xianlingpi，Haizhu Yigan Formula plus Fructus Lycii Xianlingpi，YexiaZhu Baihua Sheshecao，Haizao Poria,Bai Jiezi，Rhizoma Curcumae and Podisong for gastric perfusion.After 60 minutes，the normal group was injected with 8 mL/kg normal saline by caudal vein，the other groups were injected with 16 mg/kg Concanavalin A by caudal vein.During this period water was suspended.After waiting for 12 h，remove eyeballs and take blood.The animals were sacrificed by cervical dislocation and the liver and spleen were taken to calculate the liver-spleen index.The indexes of ALT，AST，SOD and MDA were detected.Results:The liver and spleen indexes of normal group，group A，group B，group C，group D，group G and group H were significantly lower than those of model group，but the other groups had no obvious effects.ALT，AST and SOD in normal group，group A，group B，group C，group D，group E，group F，group G and group H were significantly higher than those in model group.The MDA levels in normal group，group A，group B，group C，group D，group E，group F，G group G and group H were significantly lower than those in model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Haizhu Yigan formula can effectively reduce the level of ammonia transfusion in immunological liver injury，reduce the lipid peroxidation of liver cell membrane，so as to achieve the purpose of protecting liver. |
