| To analyze the clinical and experimental study of Huangkui Capsule in the treatment of chronic nephritis,and to summarize the research status and research trend of Huangkui Capsules in the treatment of chronic nephritis in order to guide clinical treatment and scientific research.Methods:The 4 major domestic databases(CNKI,VIP,CBM and WanFang Data)and the 2 English databases(the Cochrane Library and Pubmed)were retrieved,and the basic information of the literature,the time of drug intervention and the index of curative effects were analyzed.Results:A total of 116 literature,including 103 clinical studies and 13 animal experimental studies,were included in this paper.The paper were from West Hospital(104/116,89.7%).The pathological type of chronic nephritis were not clear in these papers(62/116,53.4%).(107/116,92.2%)papers did not mention TCM syndromes type of Huangkui Capsules in the treatment of chronic nephritis.From the curative effect index,urine protein quantitative paper(103/103,100%),blood creatinine(79/103,76.7%),urea nitrogen(57/103,55.3%),treatment total efficiency paper(85/103,82.6%).Conclusion:From the effective rate reported in this study into the literature, Huang Kui capsule is effective in the treatment of chronic nephritis.Urine protein quantitative, effective rate, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, serum albumin are the five therapeutic indicators that researchers pay more attention to.The existing clinical research is not enough to pay attention to TCM syndrome type, drug dosage and adverse drug reactions.In future clinical and scientific research, we should pay attention to syndrome differentiation and treatment, the accuracy of drug use, and improve the rigor of treatment and research. |
