| To investigate the efficacy and mechanism of modified Shaoyao Gancao Decoction in the treatment of peptic ulcer with stomach yin deficiency.Methods:A total of 80 cases of peptic ulcer with stomach yin deficiency who were adopted in Lu'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2014 to January 2019,were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n＝40)and a study group(n＝40).The control group was treated with routine Western medicine and the observation group was treated with Shaoyao Gancao Decoction for 4 weeks based on the control group.The changes of inflammatory factors,T lymphocyte subsets,gastrointestinal hormones,oxidative stress and TCM syndrome scores were observed and compared between the 2 groups.Results:1)After treatment,the levels of propylene glycol(MDA),endothelin-1(ET-1)superoxide dismutase(SOD),nitric oxide(NO),gastrin(GAS),cholecystokinin(CCK),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in the study group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the study group was superior to the control group.2)After treatment,CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ were significantly increased and CD8+ was significantly decreased in both groups,and the study group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).3)After treatment,the scores of epigastric burning pain,dry mouth and little fluid,hunger without appetite,hand and foot heart heat and dry stool in the 2 groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shaoyao Gancao Decoction can improve peptic ulcer with stomach yin deficiency,enhance immune function and improve gastrointestinal function. |
