Abstract:To explore the effects of Shengmai Injection combined with Milinone Injection on the heart and kidney function in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods:A total of 66 patients with chronic heart failure diagnosed in Ma'anshan Shi Qi Ye Yi Hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the study objects and divided into an observation group(n=33)and a control group(n=33)according to random number method. All patients were given conventional Western medicine treatment. The control group was added with Milinone Injection on the basis of this. The observation group was treated with Shengmai Injection on the basis of the treatment of the control group for 14 consecutive days. The effects of cardiac function grading,TCM syndrome scores and changes in heart and kidney function were compared between the 2 groups. Results:The total effective rate of TCM syndromes and NYHA cardiac function classification in the observation group were better than those in the control group, but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05); After group treatment, the serum NT-pro BNP,LVEF,and 6-minute walking test distance in the observation group were significantly improved and better than those in the control group. The difference in the 6-minute walking test distance was statistically significant(P<0.05); The renal function was significantly improved and better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shengmai Injection combined with Milinone Injection can significantly improve the heart and kidney function of patients with chronic heart failure and improve the classification of heart function, which is worthy of clinical application.
