| 目的：探究针刺联合艾灸对气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎性患者炎性反应指标及中医症候积分的影响。方法：选取2017年3月至2019年3月安徽中医药大学第二附属医院收治的气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎性患者60例作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。2组患者均行常规抗炎治疗，对照组在此基础上加用针刺治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用艾灸治疗，对比治疗前后2组白细胞计数、中医证候积分及不良反应情况。结果：观察组的临床治疗有效率明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；分组治疗后观察组中医症候积分均明显低于对照组及治疗前(P<0.05)；治疗后观察组RBC明显低于对照组和治疗前（P<0.05）；治疗期间观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：针刺联合艾灸可显著提高慢性盆腔炎性的治疗效果，改善患者中医证候、减轻炎性反应，且治疗安全性高，值得临床推广应用。 |

| To explore the effects of acupuncture combined with moxibustion on inflammation indexes and TCM symptom scores of chronic pelvic inflammatory patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type were selected from March 2017 to March 2019 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and were divided into an observation groups according to the random number table method(n＝30)and a control group(n＝30).Both groups of patients received conventional anti-inflammatory treatment.The control group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of this.The observation group was treated with moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The white blood cell count,TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions of the 2 groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM symptom scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group and those before treatment(P<0.05).The RBC of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group and before treatment(P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group during treatment,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with moxibustion can significantly improve the treatment effects of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,improve the TCM syndromes of patients,reduce the inflammatory response,and has high treatment safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
