      目的:利用近红外光谱法,从整体上对不同产地的覆盆子药材进行了快速无损鉴别研究。方法:采用近红外光谱技术不经任何化学处理,对原始样品直接检测,获取样品的全部完整的光谱信息,通过结合聚类分析、相似度计算和主成分分析多种模式识别技术对样品进行定性分析,实现了不同产地覆盆子药材的快速无损鉴别。结果:虽然不同产地覆盆子所含化学成分不尽相同,但是相似的组成在近红外光谱图上显示出极其的相似性,在1 401.4~2 252.5 nm的波长区间,借助于聚类分析的模式识别方法能够用于覆盆子产地的快速鉴别,这与相似度计算以及主成分分析的结果一致。结论:该方法准确可信、快速无损、采样少,它为中药材产地的分析鉴别提供了新的方法参考,应用前景良好。
English Summary:
      To quickly identify Rubus Chingii Hu,the medicinal material from different regions without damage using near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectrometry.Methods:The near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectrometry was used to detect the original samples directly without any chemical treatment to obtain the complete spectral information of the samples.Through the combination of cluster analysis,similarity calculation,and principal component analysis,multiple pattern recognition technologies,the samples were qualitatively analyzed to achieve the rapid and non-destructive identification of Rubus Chingii Hu from different regions.Results:Although the chemical components of Rubus Chingii Hu from different regions were different,the similar components showed extremely similar on the near-infrared spectrum.In the wavelength region of 1 401.4~2 252.5 nm,the pattern recognition method based on the cluster analysis could be used for rapid identification of Rubus Chingii Hu origin,which was consistent with the results of similarity calculation and principal component analysis.Conclusion:The method is accurate,reliable,fast and nondestructive,and with few samples.It provides a new method reference for the analysis and identification of the origin of traditional Chinese medicine,and has a good application prospect.
