目的:研究白花鬼针草醇提物的化学成分。方法:以硅胶色谱、Sephadex LH-20色谱及C18反相硅色谱分离纯化白花鬼针草醇提物的化学成分,以1H-NMR、13C-NMR以及质谱鉴定化学结构。结果:从白花鬼针草醇提物中分离、纯化、鉴定了6个化合物,分别为:槲皮素-3,3'-二甲醚-7-O-β-D-吡喃酮葡萄糖苷(1)、奥卡宁4'-O-β-D-(2″,4″,6″-三乙酰基)-吡喃酮葡萄糖苷(2)、4-O-(6″-O-对-香豆酰基-β-D-吡喃酮葡萄糖)-对-香豆酸(3)、4-O-(2″-O-乙酰基-6″-O-对-香豆酰基-β-D-吡喃酮葡萄糖)-对-香豆酸(4)、邻苯二甲酸异丙酯(5)、原儿茶酸(6)。结论:6个化合物均首次从白花鬼针草中分离得到,其中,槲皮素-3,3'-二甲醚-7-O-β-D-吡喃酮葡萄糖苷(1)、4-O-(6″-O-对-香豆酰基-β-D-吡喃酮葡萄糖)-对-香豆酸(3)、4-O-(2″-O-乙酰基-6″-O-对-香豆酰基-β-D-吡喃酮葡萄糖)-对-香豆酸(4)、邻苯二甲酸异丙酯(5)4个化合物属于首次从鬼针草数药用植物植物中分离鉴定。 |

To study the chemical constituents of the ethanol extraction from Bidens Pilosa.Methods:The chemical constituents of the ethanol extraction from Bidens Pilosa were separated and purified by silica gel chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 chromatography and C18 reverse phase silicon chromatography,and the chemical structure was identified by 1H-NMR,13C-NMR and mass spectrometry.Results:A total of 6 compounds were isolated,purified and identified from the ethanol extraction of Bidens Pilosa:quercetin-3,3'-dimethyl ether-7-O-β-D-rhamnopyranoside(1),okanine-4'-O-β-D-(2″,4″,6″-triacetyl)-glucopyranoside(2),4-O-(6″-O-p-coumaroyl-β-D-pyranone glucose)-p-coumaric acid(3),4-O-(2″-O-acetyl-6″-O-p-coumaroyl-β-D-pyranone glucose)-p-coumaric acid(4),isopropyl phthalate(5),protocatechuic acid(6).Conclusion:The above 6 compounds were first isolated from Bidens Pilosa.Among them,4 compounds—quercetin-3,3'-dimethyl ether-7-O-β-D-rhamnopyranoside(1),4-O-(6″-O-p-coumaroyl-β-D-pyranone glucose)-p-coumaric acid(3),4-O-(2″-O-acetyl-6″-O-p-coumaroyl-β-D-pyranone glucose)-p-coumaric acid(4),isopropyl phthalate(5)the above 4 compound were the first to be isolated and identified from the medicinal plants of Bidens L. |
