| 目的：探讨橡皮生肌膏对大鼠肛瘘术后创面愈合的影响及可能的机制。方法：采用综合法构建肛瘘术后创面大鼠模型，将30只模型大鼠随机分为模型组（n=15）与实验组（n=15）；另选15只仅造成创口，不敷粪液作为对照组。实验组予橡皮生肌膏外敷；对照组与模型组予无菌生理盐水纱布外敷，均2次/d，连续干预14 d。采用激光多普勒血流仪测定创面动态血流值；采用HE染色与Wb法检测创面组织病理学特点与VEGF、TNF-α、IL-6蛋白表达。结果：与模型组比较，实验组大鼠创面愈合率显著升高（P<0.05）；在干预第3、7、14天，模型组与实验组大鼠创面动态血流值逐渐升高，但模型组低于对照组，实验组高于模型组（P<0.05）；与对照组比较，模型组大鼠创面组织VEGF蛋白相对表达量显著降低，实验组高于模型组；TNF-α、IL-6蛋白相对表达量升高，实验组低于模型组（P<0.05）。结论：橡皮生肌膏可促进大鼠肛瘘术后创面愈合，改善创面局部血运，其作用机制可能与抑制创面组织TNF-α、IL-6表达，促进VEGF表达相关。 |

| To explore the effects of Xiangpi ShengJi Ointment on wound healing after anal fistula operation in rats and its possible mechanisms.Methods:The rat models of anal fistula wounds after operation were established by a comprehensive method，and 30 rats models were randomly divided into a model group(n＝15)and a test group(n＝15); Another 15 were selected to cause wounds only，and no fecal fluid was used as a control group.The test group were treated with Xiangpi ShengJi Ointment externally; the control group and model group were treated with sterile saline gauze，all 2 times/d，and were intervened continuously for 14 d.Laser doppler flowmeter was used to measure the dynamic blood flow value of the wound; HE staining and Wb method were used to detect the histopathological characteristics and VEGF，TNF-α，IL-6 protein expression.Results:Compared with the model group，the wound healing rate in the test group significantly increased(P<0.05); on the 3rd，7th and 14th day of intervention，the dynamic blood flow value of the wounds gradually increased in rats in the model group and the test group，but the model group was lower than the control group，and the test group was higher than the model group(P<0.05); compared with the control group，the relative expression of VEGF protein in the wound tissues significantly reduced in the model group，and that in the test group was higher than that in the model group; the relative expression levels of TNF-α and IL-6 proteins increased.Those in the test group were lower than those of the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiangpi ShengJi Ointment can promote wound healing in rats with anal fistula after operation and improve local blood flow，and its mechanisms may be related to inhibiting the expression of TNF-α and IL-6 and promoting the expression of VEGF in the wound tissues. |
