| 目的：基于Meta分析方法，整体评价癃清片治疗不同类型慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效及安全性，为临床合理药物治疗提供循证医学证据。方法：依据检索策略，以主题词加自由词的方法，通过计算机检索中英文数据库The Cochrane Library、Web of science、PubMed、Embase、ProQuest、中国生物医学文摘数据库、中国知网、万方和维普，时间设置为从建库开始至2019年8月；结合手工搜索近些年主流中英文杂志。通过软件查重、标题筛选、摘要筛选、文章内容筛选获取最终文献。结果：最终纳入12篇随机对比文献，共2 621例患者。Meta分析2组患者总有效率：［RR=1.42，95%CI（1.20,1.68），P<0.000 1］；2组患者NIH-CPSI评分：［MD=-4.81，95%CI（-7.00,-2.61），P<0.000 1］；2组患者前列腺按摩液（EPS）中白细胞计数：［MD=-1.31，95%CI（-2.05,-0.58），P=0.000 4］；2组患者不良反应发生率：［RR=0.81，95%CI（0.31,2.08），P=0.65］。结论：癃清片在慢性前列腺炎的治疗中具有显著效果，与对照组比较，观察组NIH-CPSI评分、EPS白细胞计数明显下降，且无严重不良反应。 |

| To overall evaluate the clinical therapeutic effects and safety of Longqing Tablets in the treatment of different types of chronic prostatitis based on Meta-analysis method，and to provide evidence-based medical evidence for rational drug treatment in clinic.Methods:According to the retrieval strategy，the Chinese and English databases，the Cochrane Library，Web of science，PubMed，Embase，ProQuest，China Biomedical Abstracts Database，China HowNet，Wanfang and Weipu were retrieved by computer with the subject words and free words method.The time was set from the establishment of the database to August 2019，and the manual search of mainstream Chinese and English magazines in recent years was combined.The final literature was obtained through software rechecking，title selection，abstract selection and paper content selection.Results:A total of 12 randomized controlled literature were finally included，with 2 621 patients.Meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate of the 2 groups of patients was as follows：［RR=1.42，95% CI(1.20，1.68)，P<0.000 1］; NIH-CPSI scores of the 2 groups：［MD=-4.81，95% CI(-7.00,-2.61)，P<0.000 1］; White blood cell count in prostatic massage fluid(EPS)of the 2 groups：［MD=-1.31，95% CI(-2.05,-0.58)，P＝0.0004］; Adverse reactions incidence rate of the 2 groups：［RR=0.81，95% CI(0.31，2.08)，P＝0.65］.Conclusion:The Longqing Tablets has significant effects in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.Compared with the control group，the NIH-CPSI score and EPS white blood cell count in the treatment group decreased significantly，and there were no serious adverse reactions. |
