Abstract:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Sanziyangqin Decoction and Maxingganshi Decoction in the treatment of phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and explore the possible mechanism. Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in Qionghai People's Hospital were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 30 cases each. The control group was given conventional treatment with Western Medicine, while the observation group was taken orally with a decoction made from Sanzi Yangqin Decoction and Maxing Ganshi Decoction on this basis, and the course of treatment was 2 weeks. The the clinical effects, symptoms relief time, lung function and airway inflammation index levels were compared between the 2 groups. Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%,which was higher than that of the control group 76.67% (P<0.05).The remission time of main symptoms in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05 ).The lung function of patients in the observation group was significantly improved after treatment, and the levels of PEF,FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/ FVC were significantly increased compared with the control group (P<0.05).The serum levels of serum factor IL-23,G-CSF and IGF-I in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:For phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome patients with AECOPD,Modified Sanzi Yangqin Decoction combined with Maxing Ganshi Decoction is conducive to promoting the alleviation and regression of clinical symptoms, improving lung function, and reducing serum IL-23,G-CSF and IGF-I levels in order to reduce airway inflammation and injury, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
