| 慢性放射性肠炎是发生于盆腔、腹部恶性肿瘤放疗结束后1~5年,或急性放射性肠炎迁延3个月以上不愈,或潜伏数十年才出现的一类疾病。慢性放射性肠炎常引起出血、肠梗阻、肠瘘、肠穿孔等并发症,反复发作的腹泻、腹痛、便血等症状给患者带来巨大痛苦,严重影响其生命质量。该病治疗难度大,迄今尚无规范有效的统一治疗方案。李仝教授治疗本病关键点是基于中医伏邪理论,结合患者的体质和原发病进行辨证与辨病相结合治疗,临床疗效显著。现对李仝教授的临床经验进行概括总结,以飨同道。 |

| Chronic radiation enteritis is a type of disease that occurs 1 to 5 years after the completion of radiotherapy for malignant tumors of the pelvis and abdomen，or occurs after the acute radiation enteritis persists for more than 3 months，or incubates for decades before emerging.Chronic radiation enteritis often causes complications such as intestinal bleeding，intestinal obstruction，intestinal fistula，and intestinal perforation，repeated episodes of diarrhea，abdominal pain，and blood in the stool，which bring great pain to the patient and seriously affect their quality of life.The treatment of this disease is difficult，so far there is no standardized and effective unified treatment plan.Professor Li Tong's key point in the treatment of this disease is based on traditional Chinese medicine theory of hidden pathogen，the patient's constitution and primary disease，syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation were all taken into consideration，clinical efficacy is significant.Professor Li Tong's clinical experience was summarized in the paper in order to provide better treatment ideas for colleagues. |
