      自人类脑科学研究计划开始以来,中医药以其独特的优势逐渐与脑科学研究紧密结合。在此期间涌现了大量新理念、新技术及新成果,极大地促进了中医药新技术的开发,加快了中医药现代化的步伐。但是诸多的研究手段都有一定的局限性,导致中医药脑科学研究的进一步发展非常有限。近年来,光遗传学技术和化学遗传学技术具有细胞类型特异性、高精度时空分辨率、神经网络功能性解剖特性,在神经科学领域得到了广泛运用,为临床治疗脑部疾病提供了一种新的策略。因此,本文主要阐述光遗传学技术和化学遗传学技术的原理、应用以及助力中医药脑科学研究的进一步发展。
English Summary:
      Since the beginning of human brain science research program,traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has been closely integrated with brain science research due to its unique advantages.During this period,a large number of new concepts,new technologies and new achievements have emerged,which has greatly promoted the development of new technologies in TCM and accelerated the process of modernization of TCM.However,the further development of TCM in brain science research is hindered due to the certain limitations of research methods.In recent years,optogenetics and chemogenetics have been widely used in the field of neuroscience and provide a new strategy for clinical treatments because of specific cell-type,high-precision spatio-temporal resolution,and functional anatomical characteristics of neural networks.Therefore,this paper reviews the mechanism and application of optogenetics technique and chemogenetics and technique,aiming to promote the further development of TCM in brain science research.
