目的:优选达原饮颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用Box-Behnken响应面法,以浸膏得率与厚朴酚、和厚朴酚含量的总评归一值为评价指标,对达原饮颗粒提取工艺条件进行优选。结果:得到达原饮颗粒的最优值为提取次数2.42次,提取时间0.96 h,加溶剂量10倍,预测值OD=0.948,根据实际生产选择最优条件为提取时间55 min,加水量10倍,提取2次,OD=0.895。结论:优选得到的提取工艺经验证重复性高,结果稳定。 |

To optimize extraction process of Dayuan Granules.Methods:Based on Box-Behnken design-response surface method,the sum of the extraction yield,magnolol,and magnolol content were the evaluation index and the extraction process conditions of Dayuanyin Granules was optimized.Results:The optimal value of Dayuanyin Granules was 2.42 extraction times,0.96 h extraction time,10 times the amount of solvent added,and the predicted value OD=0.948.According to the actual production,the optimal conditions were selected as 55 minutes extraction time and 10 times the amount of water added.Extracted twice,OD=0.895.Conclusion:The optimized extraction process has been verified to have high repeatability and stable results. |
