To explore the therapeutic effects of modified Changpu Decoction on vascular cognitive dysfunction (VCI),and to explore its some mechanism.Methods:A total of 96 patients with vascular cognitive impairment were randomly divided into a control group ( n=48 ) and a study group ( n=48 ).The control group was treated with Western medicine,and the study group was treated with modifed Changpu Decoction for 8 weeks.The changes of MoCA score,cerebral blood flow,oxidative stress index and clinical curative effects were observed and compared between the 2 groups.Results:1) After treatment,MOCA,MCA,ACA,PCA,BA,VA,SOD,GSH-Px,CAT,group BVL,BVM,BVH and FIB in the 2 groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the study group was superior to the control group (P<0.05).2) After the completion of treatment,the clinical cure rate and total effective rate in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Changpu Decoction could promote the blood circulation of vascular cognitive dysfunction and increase the level of oxidative stress,so as to improve the symptoms and improve the curative effect.
