To analyze the effects of chemotherapy combined with sodium cantharidin and vitamin B6 in patients with lung cancer.Methods:A total of 66 patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma treated in Chizhou People's Hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an experimental group,wit 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cisplatin combined with pemetrexed disodium; the experimental group was treated with sodium cantharidin and vitamin B6 based on the control group.Changes in the treatment effects,quality of life score(FACT-L),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),neuron-specific enolase(NSE),cytokeratin 19 fragment(CA21-1),and drug side effects before and after treatment were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the short-term treatment effects were better in the experimental group(P<0.05); the quality of life score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05); In the experimental and control groups,CEA,NSE,and CA21-1 levels were significant(P<0.05); the incidence of side effects in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of lung cancer patients with chemotherapy combined with sodium cantharidin and vitamin B6 can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the incidence of toxic and side effects,and significantly improve the landmark indicators of lung cancer,which has a positive significance for prolonging the survival time of patients.
