Abstract:To analyze the effects of chemotherapy combined with sodium cantharidin and vitamin B6 in patients with lung cancer. Methods:A total of 66 patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma treated in Chizhou People's Hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into a control group and an experimental group, wit 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with cisplatin combined with pemetrexed disodium; the experimental group was treated with sodium cantharidin and vitamin B6 based on the control group.Changes in the treatment effects, quality of life score(FACT-L),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),neuron-specific enolase(NSE),cytokeratin 19 fragment(CA21-1),and drug side effects before and after treatment were compared. Results:Compared with the control group, the short-term treatment effects were better in the experimental group(P<0.05); the quality of life score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05); In the experimental and control groups,CEA,NSE,and CA21-1 levels were significant(P<0.05); the incidence of side effects in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of lung cancer patients with chemotherapy combined with sodium cantharidin and vitamin B6 can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the incidence of toxic and side effects, and significantly improve the landmark indicators of lung cancer, which has a positive significance for prolonging the survival time of patients.
