As a famous prescription for treatment of “intermittent pulse and severe palpitation”,Zhigancao Decoction has good therapeutic effects in the treatment of arrhythmia.We should not confine ourselves to this in clinical practice,but should give full play to the advantages of the holistic view of TCM and “treating different diseases with the same treatment”,and expand the use of Zhigancao Decoction.In this paper,the clinical research and basic experiments of Zhigancao Decoction were collected and summarized,and the literature on the cardiovascular,tumor and blood system of Zhigancao Decoction was summarized,so as to provide help for the further research of Zhigancao Decoction.
